  • 2 cl simple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 8 ice cubes

Instructions​

  • Add cognac
  • Add simple syrup
  • Add egg
  • Dry shake for 15 seconds
  • Add ice cubes and shake for 15 seconds
  • Double strain
